“the room is quite ok.. bit dirty and all but if you dont know who youre sharing a room with, that can be a problem. then the BATHROOM… just no. piss everywhere, smelly!”

“This hostel is something I absolutely do not recommend. The photos they use for promotion across apps and their website no longer match the current reality. I booked for one week based on those photos, but I only lasted one night before moving out. I understand and accept the noise and lights since I was sharing the room with many people. However, I went to sleep at 11 PM and kept waking up every hour feeling itchy and covered in bites. I could only sleep until around 2:30 AM. When I checked with a flashlight, I found many small insects—bedbugs—on the bed. I couldn’t stand the itching and the bites. No bath towel was provided. The common area, where the microwave and water heater are, was full of small insects. The bathroom is poorly maintained. During the day, when the room is full of people, the air conditioning is turned off and they just leave the door open. This is the worst and dirtiest hostel experience I’ve ever had. For SGD 30, I decided to move out the next day and accept losing my money. If you can tolerate it, go ahead—but if not, it’s better to find another place.”

“The accommodations provided were unsatisfactory, characterized by significant cleanliness issues within the room, and the restroom facilities, including the toilet and bath, were aged and unhygienic, lacking essential amenities such as hand soap. Furthermore, the dining area and guest room exhibited pest infestations, specifically mice, bedbugs, and cockroaches. The air conditioning service in the room was notably deficient. These conditions made the final two nights of my stay exceptionally challenging, leading me to secure alternative lodging rather than extending my reservation.”

“This is one of the dirtiest hostels I have ever seen. There is a serious lack of management, and hygiene is not maintained at all. There are cockroaches all over the kitchen and rats in the rooms. They do not provide towels or any kind of basic bathroom amenities. The washrooms smell very bad. On top of that, they turn off the air conditioning from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. ( Didn’t even mentioned this in their website )”
